🍃 Become someone who you would admire · The Bunker #29

Hello friends! Welcome to chapter #29 of The Bunker. A Newsletter in which we talk about UX Design and the Freelance Journey, dedicated to those who are starting out in both worlds and who feel identified. From The Bunker, we accompany you on the way.

Today, I want to talk about becoming someone you would admire. We all have our own role models and people we look up to, but have you ever thought about becoming someone that others would admire?

It's easy to get caught up in trends and the latest styles in the creative world, but if you want to truly stand out and make a lasting impact, you need to be true to yourself. That means staying true to your own style, your own interests, and your own passions. Don't be afraid to take risks and try new things, but always remember who you are and what makes you unique.

Here’s what worked for me so far.

🐇 Define your values and stick to them

What do you believe in? What are your non-negotiables? When you define your values, it becomes easier to stay true to yourself and make decisions that align with who you are.

🧘🏻‍♂️ Practice self-awareness

Take time to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and actions. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What motivates you? When you know yourself well, you can make decisions that will help you grow and develop in the right direction.

🌴 Embrace your quirks and flaws

Don't try to be perfect or fit into someone else's mold. Your quirks and flaws are what make you unique, so embrace them and use them to your advantage.

🌟 Surround yourself with positive influences

Find people who inspire you, who support you, and who challenge you to be your best self. Surrounding yourself with positive influences can help you stay motivated and focused on your goals.

⛱️ Keep learning and growing

Don't be afraid to try new things or take on new challenges. Keep pushing yourself to learn and grow, and you'll become someone that others would admire.

Remember, becoming someone you would admire is not about being perfect or flawless. It's about being true to yourself, embracing your uniqueness, and always striving to be the best version of yourself. When you become someone you would admire, others will naturally be drawn to you and want to learn from you.
